Was billed without receiving goods

Money was paid for the trail. I never received confirmation by email on the order or any products. I received 1 bottle 5 months later and nothing further. They do not want to refund my money or send me the rest of the products. I paid R1154.69 for 1 bottle of ****! All the money was already subtracted from my account without communication last year. I only received a 1 bottle not 2 in January 2015.
