Unfair blacklisting

They never attended to problems on property. We ended up paying for landlord municipal bills as he never dis and we would get cut. They charge us a huge deposit fee to just move in. Now we are blacklisted for a ridiculous amount for municipal bill we were not even informed off by agent.
