WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

They advertised a bridal special for R2899. I thought it was a great deal so wanted to take advantage of this great deal! I asked if it would be possible to buy the deal even though I was not sure of the date of my wedding as yet. Obviously they said yes I could pay, as the special was only valid till end of May 2020. So I paid on the 31st of May 2020.

After finalizing all of the details of my order in mid July 2020, I only started to get some proofs of how my items might look, on the 19th of Aug. (this was after several emails and whatsapp msgs to follow up?!!?)

Now we are going in to Nov already... Yet again I have not heard anything anymore...They said orders take 4-6weeks, it has now been 15weeks!!!

This is the last communication that I have had with them: Last email they responded to was on the 12th of Sept, stating I will receive my order in the first week of Oct??? Last fb msg they responded to was on the 30th of Sept, to say sorry that I haven't received my order as yet? Last whatsapp msg they responded to was on the 14th of Oct, after I said thay if I didn't receive my order by 31Oct I want a full refund?!??

If you try to phone them now the phone just goes to voicemail immediately!

This is really the WORST SERVICE ever, and from a company like this, they are supposed to help ladies during one of the most stressful times of their lives!!! They are just adding to the stress and making it all worse!!
