Bella Luna Designs: POOR SERVICE!!!!

Dear @Bella Luna Designs, I was very excited when I saw your post for the Satin gown set special. I thought that it would make the perfect gift for my Brides****s, so I contacted you via Facebook Messenger, Placed my order and Paid (This was on the 21st January of this year). So excitedly I waited, waited and waited some more. I tried to contact you numerous times but you're not easy to get a hold of because you rarely answer your Whatsapp messages and phone calls. When I finally got a hold of you I soon realised that I probably won't receive my products. And I didn't. On the 20th of March you promised to have my product delivered before the 18th of April, and I was patient. On the 26th of March you sent a message stating that the courier company wouldn't be able to deliver, and I was patient and understood. On the 17th of May you confirmed my order and I hoped with all my heart that I'll receive my products soon. On the 29th of June you promised that my gowns would be delivered in July. On the 13th of July you sent me a message stating that your seamstress is the person causing the delay. On the 3rd of August you told me that you're going to check up on my order and that I would definitely receive my products the next week. Since then I haven't heard from you so I asked my mother to contact you and once again on the 14th of August that I would receive my products before the 21st of August. That is today and as you might have guessed NO PACKAGE RECEIVED. I see you're extending the special and that you're advertising the gowns but it takes you 8 months just to deliver? I am very disappointed in your lack of service and communication. Since I can't get a hold of you I'm posting this enquiry on Facebook in the hopes of getting my money back since you deleted my comments on your page and blocked me. I understood that lockdown had a huge impact on everyone especially in your industry and I was patient for 8 months but I cannot wait any longer as I now have to take my business elsewhere and time is of the essence.
