Bella Luna Designs - no show

I placed an order for 2 x infinity dresses, received a quote in no time, paid and from there... NOTHING! According to the WhatsApp message they don't deal with customers on that platform any longer, only via email. Unfortunately that route is always not accessible - nobody ever answers. Their phone line also goes unanswered. I'm getting married & really need to get this sorted.
