Bella Luna Designs

My daughter ordered a Satin gown set that was advertised on Facebook by Bella Luna Designs as a gift for her Brides****s. She placed an order and Paid (This was on the 21st January of this 2020). She waited, waited and waited some more and tried to contact Bella Luna Designs numerous times but they are not easy to get a hold of because they rarely answer Whatsapp messages and phone calls. On the 20th of March they promised to have the product delivered before the 18th of April. On the 26th of March they sent a message stating that the courier company wouldn't be able to deliver. On the 17th of May they confirmed the order. On the 29th of June they promised that the gowns would be delivered in July. On the 13th of July thry sent a message stating that your seamstress is the person causing the delay. On the 3rd of August they told my daughter that they're going to check up on her order and that she would definitely receive her products the next week. Since then she haven't heard from them so she asked me to contact them and once again tgey promised on the 14th of August that she would receive her products before the 21st of August. Since then NO PACKAGE RECEIVED and mails and WhatsApp messahes are mot read. It is mow 8 months afyer payment. I am very disappointed in their lack of service and communication. Since I can't get a hold of them we posted an enquiry on they're Facebook page in the hopes of getting a refund but they removed our comments and blocked us.
