Terrible customer service
The customer service, or rather lack thereof from by Bella la legna is truly something I've never experienced before. The correspondence when making the sale is impeccable, as soon as you make a deposit, that's where the customer service ends - You're left in the dark with regards to when your order will be delivered and even when they commit to a delivery date it always results in complete silence on the day with no explanation as to why the delivery could not occur. When you're eventually connected to one of their agents they remind you to check their terms and conditions, even after they've committed and agreed to having your products ready by a set date. I'm yet to receive the products I've ordered. Rather spend your money elsewhere, I doubt anything could be worth the level of anxiety and frustration this place has caused.
Please advise upon your order as we only have one current Wesley whom has ordered on the 11th and payment reflected on the 12th. I do not believe this could be the same order as we have not scheduled any deliver for this current order under Wesley. We only have a hand full of backlog orders due to load shedding and short of hands of which we are doing our very best to complete. Thank you for your review.
