Bella La Legna shocking service

I have paid a deposit on a bed I ordered, 2 weeks lead time which I had accepted, three weeks thereafter I am still waiting for the bed to be installed. It is always empty promises or they tell you the bed is being delivered and then you waste a whole day waiting for them and they never arrive. The phone is either not working or you can not get hold of anyone. Terribly fustrating
