Bella hair extensions from Durban Malvern Queensburgh KwaZulu-Natal

My hair is the type ins which was installed on the 23 of November. I went on holiday and came back on the 2nd December I only washed my hair since instalation on the 7th December because where I was the water quality was horribly brown. I've been a long user of hair extensions and never had any issues with my hair knotting and looking so fried. Please do not support this lady she doesn't know what she's doing she even.lost my hair extention and had a nerve to tell me where it's lost. Pictures of what was asked doesn't even look like what I've received.
