HORRIBLE SERVICE! NO CUSTOMER CARE

on the 30/01/2021 i booked a MK treatment with Bella Donna Hair studio directly with the owner, i initially saw this deal on DADDY'S DEALS which was a promo for R350.00, after calling to find out about availability the owner advised i don't have to book through DADDY'S DEALS if i come directly into the salon she would give me the same deal. firstly got to the Salon i waited an hour to be seen to even though i had appointment, when my treatment was done she ended up charging me R600.00, 2 days later i washed my hair and saw no difference whatsoever and immediately informed her that i was unhappy, she then advised i come to the salon to 'see' my hair, i didn't understand the concept but i went regardless only for her to ask me to come another time as she's fully booked and wont be able to 'see" my hair at that time, AGAIN i went there the second time for her to 'see" my hair (which meant she wanted to wet my hair to see how it dried apparently) got to the salon and she WASNT THERE AND FORGET TO LET ME KNOW, so at this point me as the unhappy client i had driven to the salon twice after i was disappointed and she didn't even have the decency to let me know they has left early! anyway that same day i then just requested a full refund because i was so upset and rightfully so, she then apologized on WhatsApp and agreed to redo my treatment and suggested i come the end of March. i contacted her on the 18/03/2021 to ask when i should come for my redo, i asked her probably more than 4 times and she kept saying shes fully booked or her stylist needs to leave a certain time not being accommodating to me as the client at all even though we had agreed for the end of march, my question to her was why are you booking yourself full knowing you have an arrangement with me for a redo and she couldn't answer me but at this stage i don't want a treatment as i have lost complete faith in her and the business and want a full refund and she's now refusing, please can i have this issue resolved asap.
