Treatment from hell

My wife booked us for a spa treatment and what a disaster it was. The lady who was meant to guide us through the full day spa (Sindisiwe) had such an attitude the entire time.

Our treatments consisted of waiting more than getting treatment.

Started off with breakfast where I had to even ask if she was upset because when she handed the food she would just drop it on the table.

In between treatments she did not even bother to guide us where to go instead we seemed dumbfounded not knowing where to go.

During our full body massage, they (Lucia the secondary the****** that was attending to us) were chatty and kept going in and out the therapy room(Daisy room) and instead of feeling relaxed we were very tense and uncomfortable.

Sindisiwes pressure was so hard I ended up with a bruised left arm.

For the sauna she handed us used towels

Right after the scrub when we headed to the shower the water was mostly cold 🥶

My partner was truly embarrassed with the service given to us by Sindi
