Time & money wasted

Not recommended. Half day spa package? More like a rushed and didn't put in any effort. 3 hours? Nope finished 20min earlier... the the****** couldn't wait to finish and go home. I had a afternoon slot so she wasn't very eager to do the treatments.. I was left speechless... dry back exfoliation with NO water, my back still hurts. Only 1 foot got a semi rub, and 1 hand got a quick glance of oil. This was so unprofessional. When it came to the head massage, the the****** literally rested her hand on my head while scratching 1 spot on my head, what even? There was NO routine. It was literally just and oil rub. IT WAS NOT A FULL BODY MASSAGE. For what was supposed to be a nice relaxing day ended up in a day of money & TIME wasted. My cousin had a great the******. Unfortunately I ended up in the wrong hands.
