Brief reply on Joanie's complaint !!

Joanie was accompanied by 7 other staff members which she did not mention. Our The****** are well trained and qualified. There was no mechanic fixing cars (A windscreen was being replaced by the street entrance only, which is no where near the Spa area!! They were not cramped while having lunch as they shared 2 tables which seats 4 on each table. Gas finished, unforseen circumstance, immediately replaced! Our meals are definitely not skimpy, fresh fillets and self grown crispy salad!!!According to the other 7 ladies who were accompanied with Joanie, left the following comments on our comment card: 1) Monica - Thank you for a lovely day! Your staff is very friendly and helpful. Lovely setting and gardens. Will recommend your spa to others, Add me to your Mailing list.2) Pam - Very relaxing pleasant day.
