Bad service, no value for money

- Firstly the staff was sitting under the Lapa talking quite loudly when we arrived.<br> - We waited more than an hour for breakfast and no one asked about food allergies, and my friend is very allergic to pepper.<br> - When I arrived at the bottom room, there were pubic hair on the table, the glaring hot light and skipping CD player didn't help much.<br> - The the****** didn't massage hard enough or reached any pressure points on my muscles. I have a very sensitive skin and once again no questions about allergic reactions.<br> - The toilet seat is cracked and the shower door is broken. Many people came to collect things from the closet in the therapy room.<br> - Our hand and foot massage were rushed and not even deep enough to feel relaxed.<br> - During lunch the staff were really loud and when I got up to go to the bathroom one the****** shouted at me '1:30, n?'.<br> - I had to ask the the****** about the facial products and she left the mask on for more than 30 minutes. <br> - Your \manager"didn't know what to do and referred to you as Aunty Diva.<br> - There is also no security at the parking lot.<br> <br> It was a truly horrible day of which we had treatments for 2 and a half hours"
