Worst spa day

Took my daughter to Bella Diva Spa (Sinoville) for her birthday as a special treat. Got to reception, there was no one to greet us, Finally got noticed. After treatment realised we did not receive all the treatments booked and paid for. The the****** also did not seem well trained, Upon being left to get dressed my flimsy table was just metal on tiles and tipped over as i was trying to get off. leaving me injured on the floor. Also complained afterwards, and received no offer to compensate for the horrible experience, or lack of service. Not what we had in mind for a pamper day. #WIN
