Bad service, bad product, bad quality

Purchased a toddler bed from the online store. 1. The online store process in not very responsive - they dont acknowledge the purchase 2. Emails bounce back 3. Nonresponse to Instagram DM’s 4. Reponds randomly via Whatsapp business account

Our order took longer than the indicated 15 working days. Was unable to get a proper indication of dimensions, the lady just does not respond to some questions. And when she does respond the information provided is not 100% accurate. Regret purchasing, the product is not the same as it appears online - she gets an external giy to cut random pieces of wood to measurements she provides. She advised the it would come partially assembled but we just received a pile of wood without any instructions on how to construct. She does recommend a carpenter who will assist with assembly at an additional cost of course. Turns out the carpenter is the same guy who cut the wood in the first place. The carpenter had to sand the wood pieces first as they were so rough and when he put it together there where huge gaps and the whole structure is very wobbly and rickety and not good quality at all. This business is taking chances
