Terrible Experience

What is going on at this branch?? <br> The Manager is smoking behind the bar. <br> The poor waiter has too many tables, so we waited way to long for drinks and food.<br> He also got our food order wrong - maybe because he was under pressure?<br> The ventilation in the smoking area is so poor!!
