Order not fulfilled

Bella Bathrooms does not deserve even a star from my point view. They should have warned me that they didn't have the item in stock before they accepted my order. This company is unprofessional. They accept orders before they can verify stock availability. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered an item from them and until now, I have no idea when they will honour my order. They have no respect for the customer as they do not keep your updated, instead you must keep following up and worst, you'll be lucky if they respond to your emails. A lady who handles their online orders promised to get back to me after checking up with their supplier. 11 days later she has still not called or rep**** to my follow up email.
