DISGUSTED

I planned a get together for my boyfriends birthday on 28 August 2017 with about 12 people. myself and my boyfriends who's birthday it was along with 2 other friends ordered our food first as we were there with our 4 month old baby daughter in order for us to eat and leave as my baby had get home and sleep. We ordered medium rare steaks and a salad which to my mind does not take long, we waited for over an hour!!!! The rest of the table got their food before ours even tho we ordered first. we asked the waiter what is happening and he said the kitchen lost our ticket so we did not get our food!! The Manager on duty did not compensate us in any way or even offer an apology!!! i am very upset that my boyfriends birthday dinner was ruined by poor service!! I will not be eating at your restaurant anytime soon.
