Bad Service

Good day!<br> Last night me and 3friends went to Bella balotta (hope thats the correct spelling) im paarl we got There at around8..We had to walk in by ourselves as there was no one to seat us..wave hands in the air to get a menu!...finally getting out menu we had to wait 30min for our drinks as my ****tail was taking foreva to be made, Eventually getting our drinks..placing our food order,we called the lady manager (not to complain ) jst asking why everything was taking so long.. Next thing we know she brings our bill (keep in mind we did not ask for the bill) .. B4 our food even arrived, bt as we were talking to her the waiters came with the food..They failed to inform us that there were no calamari tentacles ,nd jst threw more calamari rings on my plate!! Where i axually wanted the tentacles.. She offered us free desserts at10! Bt not informing us the kitchen closes that time..eventually requested our free desserts but unfortunately she left and we had to explain everything to the manager Francois, who could only offer us brownies as the kitchen was closed!...<br> I dont expect 5star treatment But better service would be appreciated....
