Shirley Bell, Price & Associates will rip you off

About 2 months ago someone bumped into my car while it was parked.The damage didnt seem bad until the next day the ignition stopped working.The car was taken in and Shirley Bell was the broker on the case.I had just dropped her as a broker after she informed me my insurance would be cancelled as this claim would cost R 26000.Firstly she sabotaged the process with the assessors,making them question the validity of the issue,then the assessors took over a month to assess that a pin had popped out and yes it was related to the accident.Having taken so long to assess, the car hire that I pay for monthly in case of an issue lapsed.In the previous accident caused by my ex, Santam had simply extended the rental.I received a call to this effect, and said to Eurocar to contact the broker and Santam as they did last time for extension. I did not hear from them or anyone,I was under the impression that as the vehicle was still being assessed and had not been fixed, the rental was extended. Santam, the assessors and Shirley wont to take responsibility, Eurocar wants to charge me R 3000 for the hire car for a claim that actually worked out to R 4500 of which I pay R 3500. Take responsibility!
