Acting in bad faith

I ordered a garden shed and paid for the installation of the shed from Bell and Paton but did not check with my husband who had a different idea ( my costly mistake!) so needless to say I had to cancel the order. So the next day, I informed the company I needed to cancel the order only to be told that they will charge me a 10% handling fee and will only return my money five days later.

The lesson I want to share … There is no mention of their cancellation policy on their webpage or on their invoice. So a warning for anyone dealing with this business - please exercise caution when dealing with this company as all terms and conditions of a sale are not mentioned or included upfront and you can be caught out like I was.
