Dishonest operators

The husband and wife run a b& b as well as a maintenance business. They came a gave me a quote to repair two of my flats.The quote was agreed on and work began.The wife was on site and would send me photo updates on her progress.I was left with the impression everything was going well until i went to the site to see for myself. They removed my kitchen floor which was a good quality wooden floor which was not on the quote.Their was more wood in the storeroom which was removed without consent. They sc****d paint of the wooden doors but did not complete the work,the same on the skirting boards.They received a payment of R 15000.00 and asked for R 20000.00 for paint for the flat. The original quote for all the work was R 40000.00 This then escalated to R 55000.00. They have left the kitchen without a floor a bathroom without tiles and wash basin they have not painted the flat or sealed the wooden floor.They have not fulfilled the contract they agreed to.I would like to advise people to be very weary of these two operators. We have tried to contact them and have been told by them that if we come to their place they will set the dogs on us.
