Worst service EVER!

I bought my bands at Belgravia Jewelers Cradlestone Mall a year ago and in that period they have had 6 repairs. The stones on the bands just keep falling off.<br> <br> Last month, I requested for new bands as the stones kept falling off the ones I had, to which they (Belgravia Jewelers Cradlestone) agreed. Three weeks later they called me to fetch the new band. I went to fetch it and a week later more stones fell off. <br> <br> To make it worst, they hardly keep you in the loop on the progress with repairs. They call when it's time to collect, only to have to bring it in (for repairs) a few weeks later. <br> <br> I don't know what to do anymore. <br> <br> I've experienced the worst service EVER! Had to repair my bands 6 times and counting. Definitely would NOT recommend them for anything.
