Pathetic After Sales Service

<p>I bought a belgotex carpet. The carpet starting tearing at the places where the under floor heating is located. I asked belogotex to come and check the carpet, and see why this is happening. After checking the carpet, they conclude that the fault is with the under floor heating and not their carpet. I ask for proof of this, and they refuse to provide any proof(temperature readings etc.)....terrible after sales service</p>
