Pathetic after sales service

<p>After been "promised" a 5 year guarantee as per the company's standard none of the promised after sales services were upheld.The carpet which I bought has worn out after one year and the company's blatant response was that their carpets are SABS approved.The consultant did not even take a sample to see whether there was a manufacturing defect.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you want to have great after sales service then don't even think about buying a BELGOTEX CARPET or any other product of theirs as they care not about their customers.</p> <p> </p>
