Avoid using Belgian Builders, we had to redo the full 300sqm floor job - we had to get and pay another contractor to come and fix their mess and redo the floor, Belgian Builders agreed to pay the full amount back as they admitted to their mess/fault/poor workmanship, we have been struggling every month to get our money back, they paid in drips and drabs.. and now finally stop paying, we now have to get lawyers involve to force them to pay the balance money owed.

Another thing when I went on their facebook page I see they stole our photos to advertise work done - which was definitely not done by them, they are dishonest and has poor workmanship. We have endless photos and videos on the terrible workmanship.
