Failure to Respond to Objection REF ***

I received a traffic fine in July for an incident that took place in mid May as a final demand. This was the first time I had been made aware of it. I also thought it was excessive, so I wrote a formal objection. Trying to get a response from the people in the municipality has continued to be very difficult and often there is a bulk mail delivery failure. They must respond I have rights.
