I called the store yesterday to confirm if they had smart tv i wanted which was on their website, gave the stock code and it was confirmed they had it store. I ubered to the store only to be met with confusion and the staff blaming each other…. Long story short they didnt have the tv. I then bought a different tv that now didnt have a remote, got home and did a factory reset but the tv was stuck on the settings page, went to the store again asking for a refund until the staff conviced me to now take a dixon smart tv. All was well. I get home and start playing around with the tv and somehow ended up searching tv channels. After that i now wanted to go back to netflix and boom i cant because apparently i was given the wrong tv remote. I’ve already spent 800 on uber rides to and from the store. I am extremely dissapoited
