Lack of security in underground car park - or dishonest car guards

On Tuesday 17 October 2017 at 5.25pm I parked in the underground car park at Belair Shopping centre to go to my gym. Wen I returned to my car at 7.00pm I noticed that the driver door lock had been broken and my laptop had been ****** out of my boot. At all times there are numerous car guards in the area. When I questioned the guard nearest to where I parked, he pretended not to understand what had happened and did not answer me when I asked if he had seen anything or why he was there if he allowed this to happen. I have contacted the shopping centre who have not even bothered to respond. Totally disgusted.
