Hair extensions safety hazard

I had extensions put in my hair mid-January. They now look like a Birdsnest if I don't brush them every 15 minutes. I have been to two third-party hey stylists both confirm that I have leaking bonds and that these extensions are a hazard for mold and will cause hair loss and alopecia if I do not have them removed immediately. I have brought the consumer protection act to the hairstylist who app**** my hair extensions yet she refuses to take responsibility for selling me a product that is A hazard to my safety and refuses to pay compensation. She shifts the blame and makes it seem as though it is my fault for being unhappy with her product. I now have to pay a further R1000 to get the extensions removed or else I risk losing my hair.<br> <br> She should have her license to do hair stripped from her this is disgusting.
