I ordered a sweater from Bela Capetown that was advertised on Facebook. The garment which arrived ten days later bore very little resemblance to that which I ordered. I emailed the company immediately to say I was disappointed and wished to return the item, asking for an address to send it, and to be reimbursed. According to their website if the item is returned within two weeks you will be refunded. I received no reply. I tried again two weeks later, still no reply. I tried a third time without success. How many people have been conned by Bela? The image on Facebook and website of the Dixie Stylish Sweater looks delightful. The garment sent is a cheap knockoff for which they ignore any request to return.
