Horrible customer service

A very very bad customer service from Veronica Manaiwa @ Bela Bela superspar, she does not treat customers equally, she respects whites and takes blacks for granted, I've never, 1stly she tells me to go to another till because she will be pushing a trolley for a white woman, I asked her why didn't she close the till if she is leaving? She couldn't answer and ignored me, while on standing there, another white lady comes I asked her while don't she informs her that she is leaving, she said she will but after I left she assisted her with a big smile, she even failed to greet me. I hate her service
