Good day. On my vacation during the Easter holidays I encountered a lady by the name of Chandice/Chanice Mmamabolo. A very welcoming and bubbly lady who takes her work seriously and is very professional. She made my day and was helpful with everything I needed. She is indeed a diamond and I hope her enthusiasm rubs off the rest of the staff. I would recommend her anywhere because what she has is a rare skill and she is going far in her career. Hopefully, she also recognizes how impactful she can be with customers. She knows customer service and recommends she goes to leadership training to enhance it even more.
