Return Deposit monies owed

Good Afternoon , I am writing this review with frustration as my friends and I booked accomadation at Bela-Bela lodge for the 27 August 2021, due to the presidential address and lockdown restriction , in fear for our safety we placed a notice to cancel on the 19th of June 2021 Reference 47373, we are still awaiting our monies owed on the deposit we have placed, given no time frame as to when we would receive this , the number ( *** ) we were given for the managers just rings which was such a pointless exercise , all we required was our deposit back as we have to distribute it to the people involved.
