HISTORY CANNOT CONTINUE

<p>We were originally booked in at Bela Bela Lodge from the 28/2/2016 - 31/12/2016.</p> <p>My husband and I used to go to Bela Bela lodge in the past. What a paradise. There were 2 heated swimming pools, games room, pool facilities etc. It was quiet and restfull.</p> <p>O MY WORD. When we got there there was music playing so loud at the swimming pool that I could hear it from my car. When we got out to go and book in, we were met with DRUNK people at the swimming pool. Although it clearly states on a HUGE NOTICE BOARD: NO ALCOHOL AT THE SWIMMI POOL.</p> <p>As we were walking to the reception we were met with ladies who's ****s are hanging out, men and ladies who are falling on the floor due to drunkeness and alot of beer, brandy, vodka and wine bottles. So I am not sure why the notice board rule was not enforced.</p> <p>I have 2 young girls, and we work hard during the year. For us it was IMPOSSIBLE even to think to let our 2 girls go to the swimming pool alone while I read and my husband fishes.</p> <p>We were so excited about our holiday as we went to the resort in the past and know how beautiful it is.</p> <p>I am shocked that the resort can even tolerate this kind of behaviour, while there are children around. Then it is NOT A RESORT ANYMORE.</p> <p>We asked for a refund and was given the refund, for which I am gratefull. We then had to ****ble to find a place for our family. And thus ended up at Ronwill Holiday Resort, also a pathetic place for which I have also lodge a complained.</p> <p>I feel our holiday was down the drain due to visitors not adhering to the rules of the swimming pool and surrounding area and we ended up in a terrible place. This was our WORST HOLIDAY EVER.</p> <p>I will NEVER GO BACK TO BELA BELA LODGE, even though I have such good memories of the place.</p>
