Poor workmanship, bad service

Hi, I want to warn you to never to use Bel Geddes Design for any renovations. I purchased my tiles myself and all they needed to do was retile and do skirting boards. The tiles have little chips on the sides, they are uneven in places, the grouting is lower in some areas, skirtings are terrible. I complained so much about the skirtings they were redone, only to exactly the same finish. Some skirtings look like there is glue and dust under the varnish. They charged so much money for a botched up job and they are not interested in paying for it to be rectified.
