Ver very bad service

Bad service from Bekkesdal West Clinic Brought my mom at 9:30 in the morning and now the time is 14:05 and she is still un attended. Tere wer two people in front of her morning. At 10:00 they all left the pqtients unattended and they said they going for tea. They came back at 11:30. Thy attended two people from 11:30 until 13:00. My mom was only attended at 13:15 the nurse checked her and advised her to sit down and wait for the Doctor he just went out for lunch. She has been waiting for the Doctor till now. The service is never good at all times, now everyone is on lunch and people are waiting again for them to come back after 2hours. People working at this clinic are not taking patients seriously they are just getting paid for doing nothing. The Doctor came bac from lunch at 14:30
