Poor communication

I am extremely frustrated with the service from this supplier. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via WhatsApp, I have received no replies. The lack of communication is incredibly disappointing, as they also fail to provide updates on the status of my order.

To make matters worse, I have discovered that the delivery is being held up because the delivery personnel claim the supplier is defaulting on some issues. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely updates and clear communication, especially when there are problems with the delivery.

Overall, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory. I urge potential customers to reconsider before engaging with this supplier, as their service and communication are severely lacking.
