Extremely POOR service.

Beith wrapping Cape Town...My car wrap(just a back window) has not been completed. When I went in to get the back window wrapped on thursday, the team tore the film and I was promised feedback from Director Reilly regarding the team coming to my premises instead to wrap the car TODAY (Saturday) or Monday. I have not received any responses to my mail or feedback about when the team will be coming. Not only that I paid for half of the job only to sit in their offices for 2 hours, waiting for a job that the salesmen told me would take 15 minutes. But now 3 emails later, I have no car signage and no feedback on when this may be rectified. I have already sent for quotes from other more reputable companies since this company doesn't not get back to its customers.
