Bought a Blue Nova LiFe Battery on their online page for about R32.000 At their website wasn’t a contact details. To get in touch with them had to google and found in Facebook the owner of the company. Was asking him regarding delivery and he rep**** that he was surprised that I have placed a order in fact that the website is offline and the prices are not updated. But he agreed to supply me with a new quote . The new price increased by about R10.000 to R42.000. I didn’t accept the new price and request a refund of my R32.000 I payed. A couple of days later received a refund of R30.800. Asking the owner why he didn’t refund me the entire amount he rep**** that based on the T&C’s the reaimder will be payed within 30 days. After these 30 day I reminded him to refund me the remaining amount. Got his response saying based on the T&C’s there is a admin fee involved and he will just refund me R1.000. The outstanding amount is a fee. I can just warn everyone who is intent to buy anything on the website “beingoffthegrid“. This is in my opinion a fraut.
