I signed up for the Global Gallup Strengths Coaching Certification through Being Human Group™ Africa. They app**** such a refreshing approach to the way they facilitated the training. The training was thorough, and an abundance of valuable tools and resources to equip prospective coaches were discussed and shared. Both Magriet Mouton and Yendor Felgate train from their strengths. They support and enhance each other’s styles beautifully. It was a real life example to experience how one can lean into one’s strengths, form great partnerships with others, and they showed us how we can do what we love most. The knowledge and insight they share with coaches was invaluable and left a lasting impression.
