Don't buy from Beijing Stelle-laser technology or Nebulaser

I purchased a beauty machine from Beijing Stelle-laser...they also go ad Beijing Nebulaser.... after seeing their machines on Alibaba.com Their advertising is quite aggressive and on my search they popped up quite a bit. After much assurance I purchased the laser. This was also bcos my sister had purchased from them a few months prior. 11 months later the handle completely burnt. It was still under warranty but they refused to send me a new handle. At my own expense I shipped back to China. It's been 3 weeks and they have still not repaired. Their customer care is horrible and their machines are not worth the high price. Lo and behold a few weeks later my sisters handle also gave up. I would not recommend this company to anyone even though they say they have been in business for so long and have a good star rating. Rather I have in the past worked with Beijing Oriental laser...with Ada and she was fantastic. I shud have trusted my gut.
