BEHR /MAHLE SOUTH AFRICA SILVERTON RADIATORS

Please stay away from this brand, horrid experience!!! Purchased a brand new behr oil cooler from CBS FERRODO/SILVERTON RADIATORS Stanger only for it to give up 2 weeks later (yes I went with the expensive brand so as to expect quality). Firstly when I returned the item it lay there for a week and supplier says no report on defect. Secondly takes them 3 weeks to carry out an inspection (all along while your vehicle stands and you are stranded) for them to return saying that due to plain water or poor quality coolant used in radiator the oil cooler has rusted and given up so no defect on their product, think about that after 2 weeks (bear in mind I used top quality coolant) just reeking of bias against the consumer. Imagine a company warranty for 12 months but they say their product rusted in 2 weeks in a moving car!!! Laugh of the century, anyway guys this was my experience and I hope nobody is silly enough to relive this with the BEHR/MAHLE brand.
