Don't order online!

I place an order online on the 30th October, and paid immediately. To date, I have not received an order. I was told the item I ordered was not available, and that it would be produced. When I followed up early in December, I was told I need to choose another item. I request a refund and still have not received it. The item should not have been available for purchase on their website if it is not in stock.
