Beetroot *****ing your money and furniture

Paid a R5000. deposit three weeks ago, truck fetched our double seater couch for refurbishment and only now we find out people are ****med out of their money and goods for months. How can you professionally answer emails over weekends giving quotes and procedures knowing that your door are closed. I have the truck on camera collecting the furniture and will be forced to report theft against directors of the company.
