Beetroot inc what a joke

I ordered and paid the deposit for a couch(special order longer than standard 2 seater) and two wingback chairs on 22 August 2020 from Beetroot inc. Delivery was said to be 22 October 2020. The delivery wasn’t done on the 22 October. I send various emails ( there was no communication from Beetroot’s side...) Delivery was then scheduled for 11 December 2020, that came and gone and still no delivery. It was rescheduled for 22 December - that also went by with no delivery. Apparently there was no space on the truck for my furniture Every time I had to phone, whatsapp, email, once again no communication from their side. Then I was promised delivery in January, just to find out that there was only a couch, no chairs. They blamed lockdown for not receiving the fabric for the chairs. Needless to say, no delivery was made in January either. I was promised a discount for the inconvenience.... eventually I got the ”special order” couch today(17 March 2021), but still no chairs. And the couch... not so special - it is the standard two seater. I had to ask for the discount after they sent a final invoice. I am still waiting to hear about the chairs...I cannot believe that this company is still doing business, what a disappointment they are.
