Beetroot Inc terrible service!

I placed an online order for a bookshelf from Beetroot Inc on the 19th July 2020. I made payment and received an email on the 21st July saying that my order has been processed. On the 3rd of August I received an email saying that delivery to HQ will be rescheduled to the 17th Aug. On the 17th Aug almost a month later I haven’t received any communication as to whether or not my bookshelf has been delivered to HQ. I have emailed them twice so far and no response. I am so disappointed at the terrible service and poor communication. The website promises fast production and that is definitely not the case! I would never have purchased a bookshelf from them had I known that I would have to wait over a month! Definitely not recommended.
