Beetroot Inc poor service

I recently wrote a review about the poor service and poor quality furniture from Beetroot Inc.

They had sent me an email to apologize and that the would be giving me a full refund, this email was sent on the 23/04/2021. They had also asked me to post a completion to this incident but it is the 05/05/2021 and they have yet to refund me.

I guess I should expect a long wait for the refund to be processed just as long as I waited for the order to be delivered.
