Beetroot Inc poor quality and even worse service!

Beetroot Inc Poor Quality and Poor Service! Ordered a modular box build shelf from Beetroot Inc 19th July 2020, I waited over a month without them communicating that my order will be delayed. After a few emails that were not responded to I ended up complaining on hellopeter at which point I got a response.

Upon delivery the one shelf was larger than the others therefore it could not be built up into a bookshelf as advertised. I had to use it as single layer shelving instead carrying single item children’s toys and after just 6-7 months it is coming apart and the nails are sticking out. They sent a QA guy to come and check it out for an exchange and he questioned me as to why I am complaining saying its too late even though it is only now coming apart. He said what I bought was in fact not furniture and that my 1 and 4 year old probably jumped on it which is why the nails are coming out!

This was really not worth all the drama they have put me through! I WANT A REFUND for the poor quality goods and even worse service!
